Document Jam

If the original is jammed, follow the steps as below.

Document Jam inside front of control panel.

1Remove any paper from the ADF that is

not jammed.

2 Pull the jammed original out toward the front of the MFC.

3 Press Stop.

Document Jam inside back of control panel.

1Remove any paper from the ADF that is not jammed.

2Lift the control panel cover.

3Pull the jammed document out toward the back of the MFC.

4Close the control panel cover.
