Playback on a High-Definition TV

The image wiii appear on the TV
screen (Nothing will be displayed on
the camera's LCD monitor).
The images willautomatically be
displayed atthe TV's optimum
resolution.
By pressing the <DISP.> button, you
can change the display format.

;, Donot connect any other device's output to the camera's <HDMI OUT>
terminal. Doing so may cause a malfunction.
Certain TVs might not be able to playback the captured images.
ifthe TV set connected to the camera with an HDMI cable iscompatible
with HDMI CEC*, you can usethe TV set's remote control for playback
operations.
*An HDMI-standardfunction enabling HDMIdevicesto control eachotherso that
you cancontrol them with one remote control unit.
lSet [Ctrl over HDMI] to [Enable].
Under the [_:] tab, select [Ctrl over
HDMI], then press <_-_>.
Select [Enable], then press <8>.
