Removing a Cut Sheet Jam

Follow the procedure below to remove a cut sheet jam that occurs during printing.

1 Open the upper cover.

Important

zTo avoid soiling your hands or damaging the printer, never touch any part inside the printer unless instructed to do so.

2 Raise the paper release lever.
