Uninstalling the Software
Follow the procedure below to uninstall the printer driver and utilities from
computer.
zIf you uninstall the software from Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows
NT4.0, you must log in as a member of the Administrators group before the
uninstallation.
Deleting Old USB/IEEE 1394 Printer Drivers
Follow the procedure below when you need to remove an old version of a
USB or IEEE 1394 printer driver. All of the printers presented in the list at
Step 3 will be deleted.
zBefore you uninstall an old version of a USB or IEEE 1394 driver, be sure to
disconnect the USB or IEEE 1394 cable.

Mount the provided User Software CD-ROM in the computer CD-
ROM drive.
zIf the CD-ROM auto start feature is switched off, double-click the My Computer
icon on the desktop, double-click the CD-ROM icon, then from the F ile menu
select Auto Play.

From the Setup Menu, select Uninstall Old USB/IEEE 1394 Driver.
