6. Change the setting or select an option to configure the currently selected sub-menu item.

zThe operation you need to perform depends on the sub-menu item type. See “Setup Menu Overview” on page 64 for more information.

zFor information about how to configure settings for each sub-menu item, see “Sub-menu Operations” on page 70.

zAfter configuring the settings of one sub-menu item, you can repeat steps 5 and 6 to select another item on the same sub-menu and configure its setting.

zIf you want to configure the settings of another main menu item, press the [ESC] key to exit the current sub-menu. Next, repeat steps 3 through 6 to select another main menu item and change the settings of its sub-menu.

7.Press the [MENU] key to exit the setup menu.

zThis causes the setup menu to disappear from the projected image.

Sub-menu Operations

This section explains steps you need to perform in order to configure settings for each sub- menu item type (value, selection, setting screen, execution, information).

Value Setting Type Sub-menu Item

This type of sub-menu item consists of a value and a bar graph.

Examples:

Image Adjustment J Brightness; Screen Settings J Vertical Keystone

 

Correction

Operation:

Press the [W] key to make the value smaller, or the [X] key to make it

 

larger. A value can be selected within the range that the indicator is able

 

to move within the selected bar. Depending on conditions, the indicator may

 

not move all the way to either end of the bar.
