6-8-5-4. MAC Address Setup
The MAC Address is a specific address of the hardware. If you wish to connect
using the MAC address, set the MAC address.
6-8-5-4. Network Password
The Network Password is different from the Password that is set at the System
option. This password is used when the user wishes to connect to the DVR Unit
via the viewer program from a remote location.
For information on how to set the Network Password refer to Chapter 6-8-2.
Password Change. The way to change the password is exactly the same as the
password for the DVR Unit.
6-8-5-5. DDNS Server Setup
Enable : Set to “YES” to enable DDNS Server
IP Address : set to 202.68.238.44 (DDNS Server IP): Do not change.
Port : set port to 9990: Do not change.
DVR ID : Use the ID set from Chapter 6-8-5-2. Local IP Setup
6-8-5-6. Network Video Quality
This option is about the picture quality when viewed through the network.
Ú If the internet connection becomes very slow when viewing through the
viewer, try lowering the Network Video Quality
Û Take note that any changes to the Network Option while connected via
Network Viewer may cause unwanted disconnection.
