Sweet Plantains and Squash
1 cup coconut oil
4 cups plantains or bananas or plantains (black skinned) cut into
6 cups your favorite squash, cut into
½cup brown sugar ¼ cup honey
½cup melted butter
½teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins (optional)
