½teaspoon pepper 8 ounces taco sauce

6 8-ounce cans refried beans

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

¾ cup scallions or green onions, chopped 2 12-ounce packages blue tortilla chips

1.In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, taco sauce, and refried beans. In One PotTM stoneware, start with 1/3 bean mixture and layer, alternating beans and cheese. Finish with cheese and top with scallions.

2.Place One PotTM stoneware on slow cooker heating base, cover, and cook on LOW 2-4 hours. Serve with blue tortilla chips for dipping.

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

5 cups rice squares cereal

2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

5 cups corn squares cereal

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup tiny pretzels

1 tablespoon paprika

1/3 cup lightly salted peanuts

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1.Pour butter in One PotTM stoneware.

2.Stir in curry, soy, sugar, paprika, cumin, and salt. Stir in cereal, pretzels, and peanuts.

3.Place One PotTM stoneware in the slow cooker heating base and cook uncovered on HIGH for 45 minutes, stirring often to avoid sugar scorching.

4.Set to LOW and cook uncovered for an additional 3-4 hours stirring often. Let cool and transfer to a large serving bowl.
