OTHER REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO SCAN FOR TV CODES
If the code for your TV is not in the TV Codes tables starting on page 32, complete the following instructions to scan for your TV’s code.
1. Make sure your TV is on.
2. Hold 
until SATT V lights turn on (it takes about five seconds).
3. Release 
. T V light flashes.
4. Press T V . T V light stays on.
5.Press
or 
until the TV turns OFF. You will have to do this repeatedly to scan through all
codes.
Note: If T V flashes eight times, you have tried every code in the remote control.
6. | Press the MUTE to finish programming the remote | |||
| control. The | T V light will flash three times. | ||
7. | Turn your TV back on by pressing T V again and | |||
| try the other buttons below to make sure they work. | |||
| • | Press the 0 through 9 buttons to change channels | ||

| on your TV. |

|
• Press VOLto change the TV volume.
If the buttons work, you have found the correct code for your TV and you may want to go to page 8 to set up 
. If the buttons do not work, go back to step 2 to find another code.
