Follow the steps below to connect a parallel or serial interface cable to the printer.
1.Make sure both the printer and computer are turned off.
2.Open the rear cover by grasping it on each side and pulling down.

3.Plug the cable connector securely into the printer’s parallel or serial interface connector.
