Clear all global presets and their names.

Clear global preset X(. Reset all audio input levels (gain and attenuation) to 0 dB. Reset all audio output levels (volume) to 100% (no attenuation).

			mutes.
Reset flash	EZFFF}	Zpf]	Reset flash memory (erase all
			user-supplied files).
Reset whole switcher	EZXXX}	Zpx]	Clear all ties and presets,

muted, and output 5 video is muted. All other outputs are unmuted.
