QMS 4525 Print System User's Guide6-14ACCOUNTING ENABLED
Acknowledges that the option selected is now in effect.
ACCOUNTING FILES GOT REMOVED
Indicates that accounting is disabled and the accounting files are empty. After
a reset, the files are removed. This prevents you from wasting disk space with
empty accounting files.
ACCOUNTING FILE IS
xxx
% FULL
Indicates that the Job Accounting file is 80% or more full (
xxx
represents the
percentage full in increments of 5%).
ACCOUNTING FILE NOT EMPTY, CANNOT SHRINK, KEEPING OLD SIZE
Indicates that the Job Accounting file can be reduced in size only after a reset
when the file is empty.
x
ACTIVE JOBS
Indicates that the printer is on line and that x number of jobs are in process.
CANCELING JOB
Indicates the Cancel key has been pressed, and that print jobs with the status
of printing, interpreting, compiling, or spooled will be canceled. This message
is displayed until the canceled print job has been removed from the queue.
CHECK STAPLES
Indicates that there is a problem with the staples. This generic error displays
when any problem with the staples or a stapler jam has occurred. Refill the
stapler or clear the stapler jam. See chapter 4, “Daily Operations,” for more
information on the stapler.
CLEANER LEVEL HIGH
Indicates that the cleaner level is high. A high cleaning level does not cause
the printer to stop printing immediately, but may result in bad print quality if
allowed to persist. Call QMS Technical Assurance. See appendix A, “QMS
Customer Support,” for more information.
COULD NOT ENABLE ACCOUNTING, NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE
Indicates that the accounting files could not be created when accounting was
enabled.
CREATED FILE
Indicates that an accounting file is being created.
