Indicates that the stacker upper tray didn’t reach the correct position. Contact

Indicates a stacker lower tray jog error. Contact QMS National Service. See
appendix A, “QMS Customer Support,” for information on how to get help.
SERVICE CALL 216
Indicates a stacker upper tray jog error. Contact QMS National Service. See
appendix A, “QMS Customer Support,” for information on how to get help.
SERVICE CALL UNK
Indicates that the printer has encountered an untrapped error. Contact QMS
National Service. See appendix A, “QMS Customer Support,” for information
on how to get help.
SORTER DOOR OPEN
Indicates that the sorter door is open. Close the sorter door.
TONER LOW
Indicates that the toner is low. Refill the toner bin. See chapter 4, “Refilling
Toner” earlier in this chapter, for information on refilling the toner bin.
TRAY DOWN

Indicates that either the upper or lower tray, or both trays are down. This error
is a warning. Raise the tray by pressing the Tray Up key to resume printing.
UNKNOWN ERROR
Indicates that the printer has encountered an untrapped error. Contact
National Service. See appendix A, “QMS Customer Support,” for information
on how to get help.
UPPER TRAY: DOWN
Indicates that the upper tray is down and must be raised for printing to
resume.
WAITING FOR INPUT END JOB?
Indicates that the printer compiler is waiting on incoming data for the first job
in the job queue. It is possible that the job did not end with an end-of-job
indicator and therefore cannot end by itself. The message is displayed in case
you want to use the Cancel key to cancel the job or send an end-of-job
indicator. The message disappears if more input arrives from the port or if you
use the Cancel key. No other jobs can be printed until this job has ended.
