OUTBIN
Indicates that the output bin is full. Remove the output from the output bin.
This error occurs only on the stacker/stapler. The stacker/stapler has three
output bins: an upper output bin, a stacker bin, and an internal batch bin. The
capacity of the upper output bin is fixed at 500 sheets, the internal batch tray
and the stacker bin is selectable—500 to 1700 sheets. The maximum sheet
capacity for these output bins is controlled by the Bin Capacities option in the
Administration/Engine Setup/Finisher Setup menu.

DOOR OPEN
Indicates that either the duplexer or finisher side door (xxx indicates which
door) is open. close the door as indicated in the “Clearing Paper Jams”
section, earlier in this chapter, for more information.
FINISHER TOP OPEN
Indicates that the finisher top is open. Close the top.
FIN LOWER TRAY OUT
Indicates that the finisher lower tray is out. Push the tray back in.
IDLE
Indicates that the system is on line, but no jobs are in process.
INPUT IDLE PRINTING
Indicates that the printer is on line and printing jobs that are already in the
queue; no new jobs are arriving at the communication interfaces.
INSERT MANUAL FEED
Indicates that the printer is waiting for paper in the manual feed slot. Load
paper in the manual feed slot. See chapter 5, the “Manual Feed” section, for
information on manual feed.
KEYPAD LOCKED
Indicates that a console is being used, so input to the control panel is locked.
If you want to use the control panel, exit from the console and the message is
removed, the printer goes on line, and the IDLE message displays in the
control panel message window.

Indicates that the paper in the

bin) has run out. Reload the input bin; yyy identifies the correct paper size.
