QMS 4525 Print System User's Guide6-18LOWER TRAY OUT
Indicates that the lower tray is down and must be raised for printing to
resume.
NEW FILE SIZE WILL TAKE EFFECT WHEN ACCOUNTING IS ENABLED
Indicates that since accounting is disabled, the file with the new size will be
created only when accounting is enabled.
OUTPUT BIN ALMOST FULL
Indicates that the output bin is almost fulll. This is a warning message that
displays about 20 pages before you receive an OUTPUT BIN FULL error.
Remove the paper stack from the output bin.
OUTPUT BIN FULL
Indicates that the current sorter output bin is full. This error occurs when the
output bin is about 95% full. Remove the pages from the sorter bin currently
filled and printing starts again. The printer continues depositing pages to the
sorter bin until either the job is finished, or until it detects that the bin is
nearing capacity. The Maximum Capacity option in the Administration/Engine
Setup/Sorter Setup menu.
PAPER JAM IN

Indicates that a media jam has occurred while a job was being printed.

represents the area of the printer where the media jam
occurred—upper input tray, lower input tray, duplexer, sorter door, sorter bin,
or stapler unit). Remove the media jam and press the Continue key to resume
printing. See the section on paper jams earlier in this chapter.
PAPER LOW

Indicates that there are about 50 sheets left in either the upper or lower tray,
or both trays. This message is a warning, but when you try to print a PAPER
OUT
xxxxxx
error displays. Fill the specified paper tray.
PAPER OUT:
xxxxxx
Indicates that the specified input bin is empty. Load any paper in the specified
input bin.
PRINTER READY
Indicates that there are no error or warning messages on the printer.
PRINTING STATUS
Indicates that a status page has been requested via the Print Status option in
the Administration/ Miscellaneous menu. The message clears after the status
page prints.
