MMDS Commands

!:

The inversion operator, which applies to a single address or data value. Specifying !sets a pattern on addresses or data values other than the specified address or data value.

address:

Address part of the pattern, specified with an address constant:

address [:mask]

If you include a mask value, the system comparison involves only the address bits that correspond to ones (1s) of the mask.

,:

The comma directs the analyzer to not include an address, data, or clips value in the pattern definition. The omitted item matches any value of its type (so is a don’t care entry).

data:

Data part of the pattern, specified as:

value [:mask]

If you include a mask value, the system comparison involves only the value bits that correspond to ones (1s) of the mask.

A 15-bit value that defines MMDS0508 analyzer logic clip signals for the trigger, specified as:

clips[:mask]

clips:

A 16-bit value that defines the logic clip signal values of the pattern, specified as:

clips [:mask]

If you include a mask, the system comparison involves only the value bits that correspond to ones (1s) of the mask.

The bits of the clips and mask words are:
