2.4 Connexion au réseau de gaz

DANGER

Avant de connecter un nouveau tuyau à cet appareil, il faut insuffler de l’air à l’intérieur pour

éliminer toutes les matières étrangères. La présence de matières étrangères dans les commandes des brûleurs ou de gaz compromettront le fonctionnement du système et risquent de le rendre dangereux.

Pour tester la pression des conduites d’arrivée de gaz réseau, déconnectez la friteuse de la

conduite de gaz si la pression de test sera supérieure à ½ PSIG (3,45 kPa) pour éviter

d’endommager les tubes et robinets de gaz de la friteuse.

La série CF a reçu la marque CE pour les pays et catégories de gaz indiqués dans le tableau 3 ci-dessous.

Le diamètre de la conduite de gaz utilisée pour l’installation est très importante. Si elle est trop étroite, la pression de gaz à la rampe de brûleurs sera faible. Ceci risque de ralentir la reprise et de retarder l’allumage. La conduite d’arrivée de gaz réseau doit mesurer au moins 38 mm de diamètre. Reportez-vous au tableau de la page suivante pour les diamètres minimums des tuyaux de raccordement.
