3.1 Procédure de mise en service (suite)

Assurez-vous que les étapes suivantes sont effectuées en séquence avant d’allumer ou d’allumer de nouveau la veilleuse :

1.Fermez le robinet d’arrêt manuel de la conduite d’arrivée.

2.Baissez au maximum le thermostat ou le contrôleur à semi-conducteurs ou éteignez l’ordinateur ou le contrôleur.

3.Non-CE : Fermez le robinet de gaz. CE : Enfoncez le bouton Arrêt veilleuse (rouge) du robinet de gaz de sécurité pour la fermer.

4.Patientez 5 minutes au minimum pour disperser le gaz accumulé.

5.Remplissez le bassin de friture d’huile, de graisse végétale liquide ou d’eau jusqu’au repère OIL LEVEL inférieur, à l’arrière du bassin de friture. Graisse végétale solide : Faites fondre la graisse végétale solide avant de la verser dans le bassin de friture.

ACCÈS À LA VEILLEUSE

La veilleuse est montée sur le côté gauche de la rampe de brûleurs et accessible par une ouverture dans l’isolation avant du bassin de friture. Ouvrez le couvercle rond et insérez une longue allumette ou une mèche dans le trou (cf. photo) pour allumer la veilleuse.

Insérez une allumette ou une mèche dans cet orifice jusqu’à la veilleuse.
