3.1 Procédure de mise en service

DANGER

N’utilisez jamais l’appareil avec un bassin de friture vide. Le bassin de friture doit être rempli

d’eau, d’huile ou de graisse végétale avant l’allumage des brûleurs sous peine

d’endommager le bassin de friture et de causer un incendie.

AVERTISSEMENT

Le superviseur du site a pour responsabilité de s’assurer que les opérateurs sont informés des risques inhérents à l’utilisation d’un système de filtrage d’huile chaude, en particulier ceux liés aux procédures de filtrage, vidange et nettoyage.

ATTENTION

Avant d’allumer la friteuse, assurez-vous qu’elle est éteinte et que le robinet de vidange du bassin de friture est fermé. Retirez le support du panier, le cas échéant, et remplissez le bassin de friture jusqu’au repère OIL-LEVEL inférieur.

Si de la graisse végétale solide est utilisée dans les friteuses avec l’option Cycle de fusion,

assurez-vous que la graisse est bien tassée au fond du bassin de friture.

Dans les friteuses sans l’option Cycle de fusion, la graisse végétale solide doit être fondue

avant d’être placée dans le bassin de friture.

Robinet de gaz non-CE

Les appareils configurés pour une utilisation dans des pays non-CE sont équipés de

robinets Honeywell non-CE.

Robinet de gaz CE

Les appareils configurés pour une utilisation dans des pays CE sont équipés de robinets Honeywell CE.
