Inactivity Time Multiplier defines the minimum period beginning from when an access command ends until entry to standby mode. For the relationship between the specified value and period, see Table 4.67, "Inactivity Time Multiplier values."
When a value in a range of 1h to 9h is specified, Ah is assumed and the command responds with Recovered Error.
