Host Interface
When the IMMED (Immediate) bit is 1, the ODD responds with immediate end after the command is received and before formatting is completed. At this time, during formatting, the Ready bit of the Status register is set to 0, and then set to1 after formatting is completed.
Defect List Length must be 8. If any other value is set, the command responds with Check Condition.

The INQUIRY command transfers device information to the host.
If the INQUIRY command is issued while the ODD contains the Unit Attention condition, the ODD responds normally, but does not clear the Unit Attention condition.
