1. OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW

1.25.2Trail mode

You may display echo trails in true or relative motion. Relative trails show relative movements between targets and own ship. True motion trails present true target movements in accordance with their over-the-ground speeds and course, and require a gyrocompass signal and own ship speed input.

(a)True target trails (No smearing of stationary targets)

(b)Relative target trails (Targets moving relative to own ship)

To choose trail mode, do the following:

1.Press the MENU key to open the menu.

2.Choose the Target Trails menu and press the ENTER key.
