3.5Terminating Tracking of ARP Targets

When ten targets have been acquired, no more acquisition occurs unless targets are cancelled. If you need to acquire additional targets, you must first cancel one or more individual targets, or all targets, using one of the procedures below.

3.5.1Terminating tracking of selected targets

1.Place the cursor on the target to terminate tracking.

2.Press the CANCEL/HL OFF key to terminate tracking and erase the ARP symbol. A few beeps sound and the symbol is erased from the display.

3.5.2Terminating tracking of all targets

1.Press the MENU key to open the menu.

2.Choose ARP and press the ENTER key.

3.Choose All Cancel and press the ENTER key. The prompt shown below appears.

4.Choose Yes and press the ENTER key to terminate tracking on all ARP targets.

5.Press the MENU key to close the menu.
