Cómo configurar el horno para la fermentación

Perilla de modo del horno

La función de leudado mantiene un ambiente tibio útil para levar los productos con levadura.

Coloque la masa cubierta en un plato sobre la parrilla A del horno.

Gire la perilla de modo del horno a PROOF (Fermentar). La pantalla mostrará PrF (fermentar). La fermentación no funcionará cuando el horno esté por encima de los 125 °F. La pantalla mostrará “too hot” (“demasiado caliente”). Deje que el horno se enfríe.

NOTA: Para obtener mejores resultados, cubra la masa con un paño o con película adherente engrasada (el plástico deberá asegurarse debajo del recipiente para que el ventilador de la estufa no lo quite).

La función de leudado proporciona automáticamente la temperatura óptima para el proceso de leudado; por lo tanto, la perilla de temperatura no afecta la temperatura de fermentación.

Las luces interiores del horno se encienden

y se apagan hasta que la perilla de modo se gira a la posición OFF (Apagado).

Configure el TIMER (Temporizador) para el tiempo de fermentación mínimo, para acordarse de revisar los alimentos.

Cuando la fermentación haya finalizado, gire la perilla de modo a la posición OFF (Apagado).

•Para evitar reducir la temperatura del horno y extender el tiempo de leudado, no abra la puerta del horno sin necesidad.

•Controle los productos de pan con anticipación para evitar que leuden demasiado.

NOTA: No utilice el modo de leudado para calentar alimentos o mantenerlos calientes. La temperatura de leudado del horno no es lo suficientemente alta como para mantener los alimentos a temperaturas seguras.

La configuración de temperatura WARM (Calentar) de este horno permite mantener alimentos cocidos calientes. Quizás no sea seguro ingerir los alimentos que se mantienen en el horno por más de dos horas a estas bajas temperaturas.
