Introducción para asar a la parrilla

Se utilizan diferentes elementos en cada modo de asar a la parrilla, según se describe a continuación. Hay 3 modos diferentes para asar a la parrilla, y cada uno proporciona una configuración HI (Alto) y un LO (Bajo).

•La configuración HI (Alto) puede utilizarse para sellar en jugos o proporcionar

un dorado o carbonizado intenso cuando sea necesario (generalmente se usa una parrilla más alta).

•La configuración LO (Bajo) puede usarse cuando los alimentos necesitan un dorado adecuado y además necesitan estar cocidos en forma pareja (se usa una parrilla más baja para alimentos grandes como lomo de cerdo o London Broil [bife de vacío]).

Puede usar papel de aluminio para cubrir la asadera y la rejilla. Sin embargo, deberá moldear firmemente el papel a la rejilla y hacer cortes con la forma de la rejilla.
