DVD Recorder

Films on DVD may be wholly or partially unsuitable for children. These DVDs contain information which marks the content or scenes. They are assigned access levels 1 to 8, which may differ from coun- try to country. You can select one of the access levels and a certain country, and thus authorise alternative scenes for playback.

1Place any disc in the tray.

2Press »SET UP« to open the setup menu.

3Select »SETUP-MENU – PREFERENCES« ( ) with »S« or »A« and press »OK« to confirm.

4 Select »Rating level« with »S« or »A« and press »OK« to confirm.

5Press »S« or »A« to select the rating level and »OK« to confirm.

6Enter the password »3 3 0 8« using the number buttons »1…0« and press »OK« to confirm.

7Press »OK« to confirm.

8Press »SET UP« to finish the setting.

5Select »Enter new password« with »S« and enter a new four-digit password with the numerical buttons»1…0«.

6Select »Enter new password again« with »S« and enter the same password again with the numerical buttons »1…0«.

7Select »OK« with »S« and confirm with »OK«.

8Press »SET UP« to finish the setting.
