Frame search

DISC PLAYBACK – CONVENIENCE FUNCTIONS

Frame search

You can choose amongst various speeds (forwards or backwards).

1Select the forward or reverse playback speed during playback by repeatedly pressing »m« or »,«.

2Press »8« to resume normal playback.

Slow motion

Different (forward) playback speeds are available.

1Press »%« during playback.

2Press »%« to select the slow motion speed.

3Press »8« to resume normal playback.

Frame-by-frame playback

1Press »!« during playback.

2Advance frame-by-frame by pressing »!«.

3Press »8« to resume normal playback.

Selecting camera angles for scenes*

Some DVDs contain scenes or passages which were filmed several times from different camera locations (camera angles).

You can choose amongst these different angles.

1Press »n« during playback to select the camera angle function.

– Display: Angle »2/4«, in this example 2 of 4.

2Press »n« to select a different camera angle.

Enlarging and moving the screen section (zoom)

1Press »v« during playback or pause.

2Press »v« to select the zoom factor.

– The HDD DVD recorder enlarges a screen section.

3 Move the picture section around the screen with »a«, »s«, »A« or »S«.

4Press »v« to return to normal playback.
