Prepare your HP All-in-One for shipment

If after contacting HP Customer Support or returning to the point of purchase, you are requested to send your HP All-in-One in for service, pack the HP All-in-One in the original packing materials to avoid further damage. Retain the power cord and control panel faceplate in case the HP All-in- One needs to be replaced.

Caution To prevent ink leakage when transporting your HP All-in-One, please make sure that the ink cartridges are inserted into the device.

Replace the ink cartridges in your HP All-in-One

This section provides instructions on how to replace ink cartridges in your HP All-in-One.

Note 1 If you have not already received a replacement device, the HP customer support call agent will instruct you whether or not to also send your ink cartridges with your HP All-in-One.

1.Turn off the HP All-in-One.

2.Open the ink cartridge access door by lifting from the front center of the device, until the door locks into place.
