Rear Panel Interfaces
Encryption Module Slot
This slot supports the 7100/7200 IPSec Module (part number J8471A) and the 7100/7200 IPSec Base Module (J9026A). These modules are designed to be used in the ProCurve Secure Router to activate encryption/decryption and security services.

Compact Flash Slot

This input supports a backup power supply for the unit with the use of the ProCurve 600 Redundant and External Power Supply (J8168A). See Supplying Redundant Power to the Unit on page 41.
