E Select [On] or [Off] using {T} or {U}, and then press the {qEnter} key.

F Press the {Menu} key to return to the initial screen.

Specifying a Paper Type for Tray 1/2 and the Optional Paper Feed Unit

Improve printer performance by selecting the optimum paper type for the tray. You can select from the following paper types:

• Plain Paper, Recycled Paper, Special Paper, Color Paper, Letterhead, Pre-

printed, Prepunched, Bond Paper, Cardstock

 

Important

❒Be sure to set a paper type using the control panel of the printer as the follow- ing procedure. If you set a paper type only by the printer driver, printing re- sult might not be appropriate.
