6.To perform the calibration session, select More Colors for Desktop option in the Number of Colors To Use menu.

7.Confirm Okay to both of the menus and return to the Style Manager.

8.Move to any part of desktop not in a window and click right mouse button - select Restart Workspace Manager... to allow color allocation increase to apply.

9.Select the Backdrop option from the Style Manager.

10.It may take some time to open the menu as CDE will scan the large files to add them to the file browser. Open when ready.

11.Select the appropriate backdrop to display as depicted in the following page. Select the Apply button to make it the current backdrop.

12.Iconify windows and menus to expose the backdrop for the projector technician.

13.Repeat process to apply other grids as necessary. Change monitor modes when necessary.

14.When finished with all calibrations, return Number of Colors to Use back to its original setting (most likely Default).
