Connection Problems

Problem

nUnable to use Infrared (IR) port to transfer information.

nCannot connect to Internet, web surfing doesn't work.

Solution

1Line up the IR ports so that they are unobstructed and within a close 20cm range.

2Make sure that nothing is obstructing the two IR ports.

3Adjust the room lighting. Some light sources interfere with IR connections. Try moving to a different location or turn out some lights.

4Transfer only one file, or no more than 25 contact cards, at a time.

1Check that you have set up and connected to an Internet service provider.

2Check that the wireless connection to your mobile service provider is switched on and the signal is un-obstructed.

3Verify with your Internet service provider that your username and password are correct.
