CEditing program category

When you want to change the program category, follow the procedure below by using the Remote.

1Load a cassette

Insert a tape on which there is a program you want to edit.

2Access Video Navigation screen

Press [NAVI].

3Select program

Press [FG] to select the program you want to edit, then press [OK].

4Access edit screen

Press [D E] to move the arrow to “EDIT”, then press [OK].

5Access category screen

Press [FGD E] to	Navigation
move the arrow to	EDIT TITLE
“EDIT CATEGORY”,	SYDNEY OLYMPIC
	ALL ERASE		ERASE		NEXT >	< BACK
then press [OK].

DDeleting tape information

When you want to delete the entire tape information (information for all recorded programs on the tape), follow the procedure below by using the Remote.

•Tape information for the Video Navigation function is deleted, but the recorded programs will not be erased.

ATTENTION:

Once the information is deleted, it is impossible to restore that information.

1Follow steps 1 to 3 on page 57, then go to the following steps

2Select tape number

Press [FG] to select the	Navigation

•“*” is displayed beside the tape number of the loaded cassette.

•The cassette mark is displayed on the left of the tape title. The items without the cassette marks are the program titles included in the tape.

•To go to another page of the lists, press [<] or [>].

6Select category

Press [FGD E] to select the category you want, then press [OK].
