Finding Tapes

Turn on the VCR and the TV, and select the VCR channel 3 or 4 (or AV mode) on the TV.

You can find a tape you want using Video Navigation. You have four methods to find tapes; by tape number, by recording date, by category, and by tape remaining time.

A Finding by tape number

Use the Remote to do the following operations.

1 Access Main Menu screen Press MENU.

2 Access Video Navigation screen

Press %Þ to move the	MAIN MENU
highlight bar (arrow) to	FUNCTION SET
“VIDEO NAVIGATION”,	TUNER SET
then press OK or #.	INITIAL SET
	REC LEVEL CTL
	= VIDEO NAVIGATION

	PRESS (5,°), THEN (OK)
	PRESS (MENU) TO END

3 Access Find Title screen

Press %Þ to move the highlight bar (arrow) to “FIND TITLE”, then press OK or #.

FIND BLANK SPACE CHECK MEMORY

Press %Þ to move the highlight bar (arrow) to “TAPE NO.”, then press OK or #.

The tape number list screen appears, being sorted by the tape numbers.

NOTE:

You can display the Find Title screen on the TV screen by pressing NAVIGATION when no tape is inserted.
