TIMESCAN AUDIO		The TimeScan function enables this VCR to reproduce noiseless pictures
ON		and sounds during special effect playback (	pg. 34 – 37).
OFF		However, the sounds you hear are monaural, and are not the same as
		original sounds recorded on the tape.
		If you do not want to hear the sounds during special effect playback
		with TimeScan, set “TIMESCAN AUDIO” to “OFF” so that the sounds
		will not be heard during special effect with TimeScan.
		For more about the TimeScan function, see page 37.
FRONT AUX INPUT		You have to select which terminal — either VIDEO (composite) or S-
VIDEO		VIDEO (Y/C separate signals) to use as the video input terminal on the
S-VIDEO		front panel.
		Make sure to select the correct terminal; otherwise, you may fail in
		recording (editing) on this VCR.
REAR AUX INPUT		You have to select which terminal — either VIDEO (composite) or S
VIDEO		VIDEO (Y/C separate signals) to use as the video input terminal on the
S-VIDEO		rear panel.
