TROUBLESHOOTING

vThe COM port used for the JLIP connector is not
selected, or the COM port is selected but the
connection is wrong.
mCheck the connected COM port and select it on the
"Serial Port Selection" screen (Z pg. 46).
vPower is not supplied or the connection is wrong.
mConnect the devices correctly and turn them on
(Z pg. 42, 43).
vDevice is not turned on or cable is disconnected.
mConnect the device correctly and turn it on
(Z pg. 42, 43).
mIf device was turned off and on again during
operation, click "OK". All devices should function
properly.
vThe line where the name of the device to use
appears is not clicked.
mClick on it and "OK" (Z pg. 47).
vThe video cassette is not loaded in the camcorder.
When the video cassette is removed during
operation, this message appears.
