JVC ORIGINAL SOFTWARE

To use the JVC original software, you must set it up in the “Setup of JVC Original Software” given

below. You can setup the following software program.

Setup software

• CC converter (See Page 26.)

Tips

•When connecting this PC to a digital video camera (DVC) made by JVC, the USB drivers

must be set up from the CD-ROM that is provided with the DVC.

•For DVC connection and operations, see its instruction manual.

Setup of JVC Original Software

Before starting the software setup, quit and save the currently active application if any. Otherwise,

your working data will be lost.

1. Click [start] and click [Run first] at the right lower end of the Menu.

The “Preparing to Install... ” screen will appear, and the software setup will start up.

2. Read the License Agreement when displayed.

If you accept the Agreement, click [Yes]

3. During setup, the “Sound, video and game controllers has not passed Windows

Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.” message may be displayed.

Ignore it as it does not affect the system operation. Click [Continue Anyway] to

continue software setup.
