TROUBLESHOOTING

Q. Data saving fails midway through the process.

A. Before actually saving the data, conduct a data writing test with the writing program/software, and check the results. The usable writing speed may change according to the conditions under which the PC is used so try the following.

Change the writing speed (to a lower speed).

Proceed with hard disk maintenance. (After disk scanning, proceed with defragmentation.)

Disable the suspend/resume function so that it will no longer work.

Close the resident software and other programs.

Shut down the screen saver.

Do not perform any network connections.

Check that the hard drive still has enough free space.
