Cuisson au four ou Rôtissage

REMARQUE : Ne pas essayer d’allumer le brûleur du four pendant une panne d’électricité. Voir la section “Sécurité de la cuisinière pour plus de renseignements.”

1. Positionner les grilles.

Pour l’emplacement correct de la grille, voir section “Position des grilles” et tableau “Emplacement des grilles”.

REMARQUES :

Avant de mettre le four en marche, placer toujours les grilles du four où vous en aurez besoin.

S’assurer que les grilles soient d’aplomb.

Utiliser des mitaines de four pour protéger les mains si les grilles doivent être déplacées pendant que le four est chaud.

Ne pas laisser les mitaines de four toucher les éléments chauds.

2.Choisir le programme de cuisson au four/Rôtissage.

L’utilisateur doit effectuer cette étape s’il désire régler la température de cuisson qui diffère de 177°C (350°F).

4.Lors de l’utilisation du programme “cuisson au four”,

préchauffer le four.

Lorsque la température du four atteint 77°C (170°F), l’afficheur indique le degré de cuisson réel à l’intérieur du four, l’actualisant tous les 3°C (5°F) jusqu’à ce que la chaleur désirée soit atteinte. Un long signal sonore se fait entendre pour indiquer la fin du préchauffage.

REMARQUE : Lors de l’utilisation du programme “Rôtissage”, il n’est pas nécessaire de préchauffer le four.
