Transferring pictures to your computer

Mounter software allows you to drag and drop pictures from the camera to your computer.

When you drag pictures from one place to another using Mounter software, the pictures are copied, not moved. To move pictures, you must hold down the SHIFT key while dragging and dropping.

Select multiple pictures by holding down the shift key and clicking to select adjacent pictures or the control key and clicking to select nonadjacent pictures.

To transfer pictures:

1Double-click on the My Computer icon.

The My Computer window appears.

Double-click on the Camera icon.

The Camera Name and System folder icons appear.

3Double-click on the Camera Folder icon.

A window appears listing individual pictures.

4Double-click on the folder into which you’ll be placing pictures.

5Click on the pictures and while holding the mouse button down, drag the pictures to the folder.

The pictures appear in the new location.
