Keep track of your calls using the call records

2. Press Up or Down to select MISSED, DIALLED or RECEIVED.

3. Press OK. A list of call records is displayed. Press Up or Down to scroll the list. To view the details of the call

records entry, go to step 4. If not, go to step 5.

4. Press OPTIONS. Press Up or Down to select DETAILS. Press OK.

5. Press OPTIONS. Press Up or Down to select TO SHARED if copying to the shared phonebook or TO PRIVATE if

copying to the private phonebook. Press OK.

6. Add or edit the name using the keypad. Press CLEAR to erase a character or digit. There must be a name.

7. Press Down. Add or edit the number using the keypad. Press CLEAR to erase a digit. There must be a

number. Copying to the private phonebook, go to step 8. Copying to the shared phonebook, go to step 9.

8. Press Down. Press Left or Right to select a VIP melody.

9. Press SAVE to confirm all you've entered.

DELETE A CALL RECORDS ENTRY

1. Press the Calls button.

2. Press Up or Down to select MISSED, DIALLED or RECEIVED.

3. Press OK. A list of call records is displayed. Press Up or Down to scroll the list. To view the details of a call

records entry, go to step 4. If not, go to step 5.
