Make sure the gateway serial cable is connected to correct COM port as the terminal selected, try the different port if failed.
yConfigure the COM Port Properties as following:
(1)Bits per second: 9600
(2)Flow control: None
Press ‘OK’ button, and start configuring Gateway.
