3.3.1.2PROXY SERVER
If your network uses a proxy server, it may be necessary to disable the use of it for the browser to work. It can be changed as follows:

1.Click Start, Settings, then Control Panel.

a.Uncheck the Use a proxy server box and click OK.

b.Click the Advanced button and go to the next step.
