Inform the service representative of the information described below. To obtain such an information is very useful for rapid repair of the unit and the server.
Model name of the server switch unit
Model name of the server connected with the unit
Lamp indication of Server Online and Server Selection
Keyboard or mouse works normally?
Screen status of the display unit (unusual color or image)
Error message displayed on the display unit
Frequency of occurrence
NEC will store the spare parts for the server switch unit for at least seven years from the time at which the manufacturing of the server switch unit is truncated.
