Certified manual shut off valve and union installed
Sediment trap installed
Gas piping leak tested
Air purged from lines
Proper gas supply pressure
Regulator dedicated for each gas unit
EXHAUST GAS VENTING
Comply with local regulations
Proper venting materials used (B or BH) – refer to gas codes
Maximum vent length of 100 feet (70 feet for direct vent models)
Proper pipe diameter used
Condensate tee installed
