FAULT LIST

GSTC fault	GSP fault code	Description of fault	Troubleshooting

FAULT	NBF	Once the GS controller detects an ignition	-Check red LED’s on all modules for

FAULT	ACF-X	On initial startup if any of the A/P switches are	-Ensure that wiring on the air proving
AIR PROVING		closed this fault will be generated.	switch is on the N/O contacts
SWITCH X			-Ensure that there is no continuity
CLOSED WITH			between the switch with the wires off,
BLOWERS			if so replace switch
INACTIVE			-Ensure that there is not a strong
			positive pressure in the room holding
			the switch closed
			-Consult factory
FAULT	BHF-X	If the blower RPM is above the RPM tolerance	-Check wiring to lead blower and
BLOWER X		for more than 10 seconds, this fault is	ensure a good connection.
RPM HIGH		generated and the humidifier stops.	-Check lead blower for any restrictions
			by testing it in the diagnostics screen.
			-Consult factory
FAULT	BLF-X	If the blower RPM is below the RPM tolerance	-Check wiring to blower X and ensure
BLOWER X		for more than 10 seconds, this fault is	a good connection.
RPM LOW		generated and the humidifier stops	-Check blower X for any restrictions by
			testing it in the diagnostics screen.
			-Consult factory
FAULT	BNF-X	On startup, if the blower RPM does not exceed	-Ensure there is power to the blower
BLOWER X		500 RPM within 5 seconds or if during	and that all wires are making a proper
