Table 13 describes the Globals tab items.

Item and MIB	Description
association
DefaultTTL	Default value inserted into the Time-To-Live field of the IP header of
	datagrams originated at this entity, whenever a TTL value is not
	supplied by the transport layer protocol. Default value is 16.
ReasmTimeout	Maximum number of seconds that received fragments are held while
	they are awaiting reassembly at this entity. Default value is 5.

Addresses tab

The Addresses tab shows the IP address information for the device.

To open the Addresses tab:

1From the Device Manager main menu, choose Edit > IP.

The IP dialog box opens with the Globals tab displayed (Figure 19 on page 46).

2Click the Addresses tab.

The Addresses tab opens (Figure 20 on page 47).
