7Press Ok.

The word On appears with a check mark beside it, to indicate the feature is enabled.

8Press Clear.

Daylight Savings Time is disabled. The word Off appears in the display, with a check mark beside it to indicate the feature is disabled. You return to the previous screen.

Defining the time format

Follow this procedure to set the format the terminal uses to display the current time. The time format choices are:

•12-hour clock

•French

•24-hour clock

Prerequisites

You must be logged on.

Procedure Steps

Step Action

1From the main menu, open the Settings menu.

2Form the Settings menu, open the Regional menu.

3From the Regional menu, open the Time menu.

4From the Time menu, select Time Format.

5Press Ok.

The Time Format screen appears.

6Scroll through the Time Format options to select the format you want.

A check mark appears beside the format currently used by the terminal.

7To disable the currently selected format, press Clear.

8To enable a format, scroll to the format, and press Ok.

A check mark appears beside the option, to indicate that it is enabled.

9Press Ok.
