Use the IP Phone 2001 with the IP Softphone m6350
Beginning with release (I)SN09, the Call Services menu gives the IP Phone 2001 access to Centrex features; the soft keys in the display provide an alternative to the dedicated feature keys on an IP Phone
2004. Any changes the user makes to the 2001 feature key assignments, through the feature menu, apply only when the user is logged onto an IP Phone 2002 or 2004, which has dedicated Feature Keys.
Contact your system administrator for more information about how to set up a joint session between your IP Phone 2001 and an IP Softphone m6350.
