Before you begin

ATTENTION

Some values inthese instructions are taken from the values in "Description of the

network conﬁgured in this document" (page 48), and from example numbering

plans described in "Examples of dialing and numbering plan conﬁguration

for mixed networks" (page 37). Note that actual values may differ between

applications.

Before you begin conﬁguring CDS on the CS 1000, you must havea

SIP TrunkGateway conﬁgured. The SIP Trunkmust have Insert ESN

Access Code (INAC) conﬁgured for incoming LOC calls. Refer to IP Peer

Networking Installation and Commissioning (NN43001-313) for details.

Ensure that CDS calls are routed over the SIP TrunkGateway that is

associated with the CDS application.
